Job Listings

Listings come from employers, partner feeds, and roles EmploySwift recruits for on behalf of client employers whose names are kept confidential until the interview stage. EmploySwift checks listings for quality but cannot guarantee that every role is still open, and applying through the site does not guarantee a response or an offer.

User Responsibilities

Users must agree to certain responsibilities while using EmploySwift.

  • Provide accurate information
  • Apply only for yourself
  • Respect intellectual property
  • Not misuse the platform

Prohibited Conduct

EmploySwift prohibits certain behaviors to maintain a respectful environment.

  • Posting false or misleading information
  • Harassing other users or employers
  • Attempting unauthorized access
  • Scraping the site other than through the public API within its limits
  • Breaking any applicable law

Public API and AI Assistants

EmploySwift offers a read-only public API and an MCP endpoint so AI assistants can search its job listings. Use is free within the published rate limits; listing data is provided as-is and may not be resold as a dataset.

Intellectual Property

Site content belongs to EmploySwift or its licensors. Users keep the rights to the material they submit and grant EmploySwift permission to pass it to the employer for the role applied to.

Limitation of Liability

EmploySwift provides listings as-is and is not liable for hiring decisions, employer conduct, or decisions made on information found on the site.

Termination

EmploySwift may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms. Users can ask for their data to be deleted at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts.
