About the role

EmploySwift is hiring a Store Helper in Nadiad, Gujarat. You will be on the shop floor - greeting walk-in customers, understanding what they are looking for, showing them the right product and helping close the sale at the counter.

The rest of the day goes into keeping the store in shape: stock on the shelves, displays arranged, the counter clean and the inventory count right. The role is open to 12th pass candidates and freshers, or anyone with up to six months in retail or counter sales.

Pay is ₹13,000 to ₹17,000 a month with incentives on top, for a full-time shift from 9 AM to 7 PM. On-the-job training is given, and good performers move up into senior floor and supervisor roles in Nadiad. Uniform and on-floor training are provided, the shift timing is fixed, and your weekly off is planned ahead so the week stays predictable.

What you'll do

  • Attend to walk-in customers and understand what they need
  • Promote and sell products with up-selling and cross-selling
  • Work towards the sales targets set by the store
  • Support store operations, including stock and product display
  • Keep the sales counter clean and organised

What you'll need

  • 12th pass (higher secondary) in Nadiad
  • 0-6 months of experience; freshers may apply
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and retail work
  • Comfortable on your feet in a busy store
