About the role

EmploySwift is recruiting a Relationship Manager for the phone-banking team of a banking client in Rayya, Punjab. You will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of account holders - answering their questions on the phone, resolving issues and advising them on the products that fit their needs.

Day to day the role mixes service and sales: handling inbound queries, keeping account records accurate, spotting cross-sell openings and following up the ones worth pursuing. Clear speech, patience and accurate notes matter more than a scripted pitch.

Pay runs from ₹24,000 to ₹28,500 a month depending on experience, plus performance incentives. A degree in finance, business or a related subject and some time in banking or financial services - ideally phone-based - is expected. Calls are inbound and outbound in roughly equal measure, and product training covers the full range before you take your first client call.

Be the first point of contact for clients in Rayya over the phone

Manage a portfolio of accounts and keep the records accurate

Resolve client queries and complaints end to end

Explain banking and financial products in plain language

Identify and follow up cross-selling opportunities

Log every interaction in the CRM

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field

1-4 years in banking or financial services; phone-based roles preferred

Strong spoken communication and a client-first approach

Comfortable with CRM software and MS Office

Able to work from the Rayya office
