About the role

EmploySwift is hiring a Receptionist and Back Office Executive in Irinjalakuda, Kerala. You will run the reception - greeting clients and visitors, handling calls and email, maintaining the registers and keeping the front area presentable - and support the back-office work behind it.

The back-office side covers daily operations, product-related paperwork and telecalling support for ongoing campaigns. It is a varied role for someone organised and confident who likes dealing with people through the day.

Pay starts at ₹14,000 and goes to ₹15,000 a month, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM at the Irinjalakuda office. A B.B.A or B.Com graduate with about a year of relevant work in Irinjalakuda is the typical fit. Reception is the first point of contact for every visitor, so presentation and a calm manner count as much as the computer work.

What you'll do

Greet and assist clients and visitors at the Irinjalakuda office reception

Handle phone calls and email professionally

Maintain the registers and keep the reception area in order

Support day-to-day back-office operations

Complete product-related back-office work as assigned

Support telecalling activity for ongoing campaigns

What you'll need

B.B.A or B.Com graduate preferred

Minimum 1 year of relevant work in Irinjalakuda or Kerala preferred

Good spoken and written communication

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

Able to juggle reception and back-office tasks through the day
