About the role

EmploySwift is hiring an MIS Executive in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh to build the daily and monthly reports the sales, logistics and accounts teams work from. You will put out sales plan against actuals, overdue and outstanding reports, collection figures and whatever ad-hoc report the branch asks for.

Two fixed updates go out every day - the daily sales plan at 9 AM and again at 5:30 PM - so the job needs someone punctual and accurate in Excel. Monthly work covers sales, collections, NCR and contribution reports, along with order entry and customer and vendor code creation.

Pay is ₹13,000 to ₹21,000 a month. Candidates who are local to Ambikapur and comfortable coordinating with several departments at once settle in quickest. Reports are built in Excel from branch data, so the first week goes into learning the formats before you own them outright.

What you'll do

Prepare daily reports: sales plan vs actuals, overdues, outstanding and collections

Send the daily sales-plan update to the team by 9 AM and 5:30 PM

Prepare monthly sales, collections, NCR and contribution reports

Coordinate with the logistics, sales, accounts and central MIS teams

Handle order entry and customer and vendor code creation

Build ad-hoc reports when the branch needs them

What you'll need

1-3 years in MIS, reporting or back-office data work

Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables

An eye for detail and accuracy in numbers

Local to Ambikapur or Chhattisgarh

Good coordination and written communication

Able to work to fixed daily deadlines
