About the role

EmploySwift is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist in Delhi, Delhi. You will plan and run the campaigns that build brand visibility - social media, content, email and paid ads - and read the numbers afterwards to see what actually worked.

Day to day that means managing the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X accounts, writing posts and blog copy that people stop for, segmenting and sending email campaigns, and working with the internal team on creative, influencer and paid activity.

Pay is ₹22,000 to ₹32,000 a month. The role suits someone with one to three years of hands-on digital work who likes testing new tools and formats, and who can hold several campaigns at once without losing the detail. Candidates based in Delhi are preferred. Reporting is monthly against clear targets for reach, engagement and leads, so the effect of your own work is visible rather than assumed.

What you'll do

Plan and run digital campaigns that build awareness, engagement and revenue

Manage and optimise the social media accounts across all platforms

Write content for blogs, the website and social media

Run email campaigns end to end: segmentation, design, sending and tracking

Read campaign data and act on what it shows

Work with internal teams on creative, influencer and paid activity

Keep up with new digital tools, formats and platform changes

What you'll need

1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

Solid understanding of the main digital marketing channels

Able to run several campaigns at the same time

Good writing, plus a mix of creative and analytical thinking

Keen to pick up new tools and techniques

Based in or willing to work from Delhi
