Key Responsibilities

  • Chat & Email Support: Address customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Subscription Assistance: Guide Baran customers on software renewal processes and ensure seamless usage.
  • Issue Analysis & Escalation: Identify complex technical problems and escalate them to the appropriate team.
  • Ticket Management: Create, track, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
  • Software Testing: Conduct manual testing to detect bugs and report findings to the development team.
  • Security Configuration: Assist customers with firewall settings and security configurations when required.
  • Remote Assistance: Provide support for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills to Apply Chat Support jobs in Baran
