As a Swiggy Delivery Boy job in Patiala, you’ll be responsible for picking up food orders and delivering them to customers’ doorsteps on time, providing excellent customer service along the way.

Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month (with performance incentives)

Education: 10th Pass or above

Experience:

• Prior delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Freshers from Patiala are welcome to apply with no experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants to customers.
• Ensure the food is delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Keep the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) in good condition.
• Manage multiple deliveries efficiently using Swiggy’s mobile app.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and a bike/scooter.
• Should own a smartphone with internet access to use the Swiggy delivery app.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns of Patiala PB.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
