Experience:

• Prior delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Freshers from Hissar are welcome to apply with no experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants to customers.
• Ensure the food is delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Keep the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) in good condition.
• Manage multiple deliveries efficiently using Swiggy’s mobile app.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and a bike/scooter.
• Should own a smartphone with internet access to use the Swiggy delivery app.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns of Hissar HR.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
