Responsibilities as Admin Job in Calicut:

  • Assist HR in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support ABS-wide (asset-backed securities) projects.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Book conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and prepare documentation.
  • Organize staff meetings, annual events, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide backup support for the executive administrative team.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as handling calls, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.
