• Generate daily reports: Sales Plan vs. Actuals, Overdues, Outstanding, Collections, and ad hoc reports
• Share Daily Sales Plan updates with the team by 9 AM and 5:30 PM
• Coordinate with internal departments of Malda like Logistics, Sales, Accounts, and Central MIS
• Prepare monthly reports: Sales, Collections, NCR, and Contribution
• Handle data entry tasks such as Order Entry, Customer Code Creation, and Vendor Code Creation
