We are hiring Documentation Executive in Jaipur to handle immigration-related paperwork and support clients through the full visa process. 

The job mainly includes document checking, helping Jaipur clients with visa forms, updating case files, and giving smooth assistance during the full immigration journey. The role needs someone who is organised and can manage documents properly without many mistakes.

Key Duties as Documentation job in Jaipur

• Make sure all papers match the visa rules and guidelines (sometimes client misses info so follow-up needed)
• Maintain neat and updated records of all client files
• Coordinate with clients for missing papers or any doubts they have
• Collect, verify and process all immigration documents from Jaipur clients
• Help in filling visa forms and preparing complete case files
• Work with internal team members and external offices whenever needed
• Stay updated with new changes in immigration policies (not always big changes, but important ones)
• Answer client questions about documents or process
• Send files on time and follow up till the case is done
